Dementia is like a ‘long goodbye’ where the body remains but the person you once knew gradually fades away.
Where yesterday is tomorrow is today. Where memories become disjointed and thoughts fragmented. In each moment past and present meld into a single reality.
This collection of works uses mixed media and digital print. It incorporates poetry by the artists sister Yvonne, capturing the many layers and complexities of the dementia journey.
